This Privacy Policy explains how The Roads Report, operated by Max Cufari, a licensed Florida real estate broker affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty and the Scott Shuffield Group ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit theroadsreport.com (the "Site") or contact us. As a licensed broker affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty, certain transaction-related information may be shared with that brokerage in connection with the provision of real estate services. This sharing is governed by applicable real estate licensing law and the brokerage's own privacy practices.
